This is something I just did, my BIOS allows me to create a Boot Screen BMP. So I put the hard ware that my system is running on it.

Nothing spectacular!

Thats quite a cool feature. You should make a better looking one though, your alot more capable then that.

I have a new signature, I know its not spectacular, and i didn't create all the art myself, but i thought i would put it out there. I used a photo and re-sized it and adjusted the colours on it. (the spell check is americanised.... fix it..... its correcting my spelling of colour! LOL)

anyhoo, i hope it doesnt make too many eyes bleed. ima make a matching theme Avatar set too.

Thanks, I just don't really know what or how to design it, seeing as its a computer boot load screen, thats all I can think of. Maybe adding a background or something...

I think you should have a row of all the bits parts. Like the Nvidia logo and stuff, get rid of the egg.com one. Then have a glow around each logo? A metal looking bootload would be quite cool. Or a black one with neon logos.

Ya, what sucks is that it only accepts BMP and PCX, which I don't even know what a PCX is or the quality of it. And it doesn't accept 256 Bit BMP, only and the size has to be 640 x 480. I am having issues using different better looking BMP bits. The quality doesn't look at good as the above one.
